What is important to know before considering
The H-1B visa has a cap of 65,000 visas each fiscal year that is generally reached very quickly. While applications can be filed on April 1st each year, months of preparation may be required in advance to assure a timely filing. Our clients have the most success when our firm is given at least 6 months lead time to assure all of the requirements are met.
