What are some of the requirements to recieve
To be eligible the child must be under 21 years old on the filing date, have a valid dependency order issued by a state juvenile court ( a juvenile court usually must issue a dependency order before the child is 18 years old and some orders expire when the child turns 18), cannot be married at the time of filing and decision, and must be inside the U.S. at the time of filing.
