If you are a

Permanent Resident

If your are a lawful permanent resident (LPR or green card holder) and find yourself in removal proceedings because of a criminal conviction, you may be eligible for cancellation of removal for lawful permanent residents.

Non-Permenant Resident

If you are an individual who has been living in the U.S. without legal status for over 10 years, and you have been placed into removal proceedings you may be eligible for “Non-LPR Cancellation of Removal” and legal residence.
